All our doors and frames are 30mm thick solid wood. Our drawer boxes are also solid wood with traditional dovetail joints and mounted on exquisite soft close runners.
In 2020 Countryside Kitchens opened The Workshop in Kelso. Here is where all of the custom cabinets are crafted, manufactured, primed and depending on the desired finish can be finally painted. Managed by Production Director Elliot Ponder and employing our own skilled joiners, the workshop enables us to deliver a complete end to end service for our clients.
Being in control of manufacturing means Countryside Kitchens can manage the timetable of all projects without relying on outsourcing. As is often the case with handmade furniture, when final trimming or adjustments of cabinets are required, this can be done quickly and efficiently at our own workshops.
